Smartflix Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Vtrack mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use the App. By using Vtrack you agree to the terms in this policy.
Account details (name, email, phone), user content (polls, votes, comments), support messages, and feedback.
Device & system information (device model, OS), usage data (app interactions, screens viewed, timestamps, crash logs), and location data if you permit.
If you sign in using Google, Apple, or another provider, we may receive profile information as allowed by that provider.
We may use identifiers such as the advertising identifier (IDFA) for analytics and advertising. We will present Apple’s ATT permission prompt if we intend to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You may decline the prompt to opt out of tracking.
When completing Google Play's Data Safety form, ensure the entries accurately reflect the data you collect and share (e.g., Device IDs, User Content, Contact Info, Location). Purpose examples include App functionality, Analytics, and Personalization. Specify whether data is shared with third parties and whether it is encrypted in transit.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Vtrack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have such data, contact us to request deletion.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to protect data when it is transferred internationally, such as using standard contractual clauses where required.
We may update this policy. We will post the revised Effective Date and, where required, notify users in-app.
